Does anyone have experience removing live rock that was set in concrete at to bottom of tank to prevent moving? I need to remove the rock but don’t know if pulling it up from the glass is risky. I would need to rock it to dislodge. But would do that slowly and gently. Tank is running and has livestock during this as well.

Any help is appreciated.

You put Concrete on the bottom of your tank then put rock into it. Is this something people normally do? I have never heard of that.

concrete is not typical within a marine tank although there is presence in the ocean. You may have to break up the concrete to dislodge coral
