Repair T5 fixture

All 3 of my fans in my tek light T5 High output fixture stopped working ,I took the plug out for the fan and checked to see if it was putting out power it was ok I had power.Is they're a transformer inside the fixture that could be bad.

If your getting power at the fan and it's not going then it has to be the fan. I guess I would have to see how it's wired. Try to turn the fan by hand see if it will turn
