how long does ghl usually take to fix a kh director ? , anyone got any ideas

I sent mine in for repair and it was back within a week. I think it depends on the issue I think it will vary. What problem are you having.

I had Wifi issues so I sent SA Doser and KH Director via USPS Priority on 6/18, GHL received on 6/22, and I didn't get it back until 8/10 so just a little less than 2 months for me for a fairly minor issue. I hope my case was an anomaly.

I just had to wait a while as they were waiting for more main boards to be shipped from Germany. Mine was shipped on Monday.
