Replacement lens for T5

Can anyone direct me to where one might be able to order replacement lens for a 48" light? These things break all the time, so replacements must come from somewhere (or so I would think). It is a JBJ fixture, their site is less than helpful.

jbj is less than helpful. You will likely wind up doing a diy. its pretty easy.

Could you direct me to a DIY thread to reference? I'm just going to go for it. Looking at some of the improv idioms I have been through I am sure I can manage it...just being lazy :/

Just go to a local ace hardware all you need is a thin sheet of acrylic and cut it to size slide it in and your done.

Thanks. Maybe I am just over thinking it. Been having a difficult time finding the right thickness in the size I need. Just gotta keep looking I guess.
