Welcome to Reef2Reef, and welcome back to the hobby!
Dinoflagellates can be a real pain, but I'm sure if you will struggle with a similar problem again in the future, the community will be able to help.
Oh 100% I'm sure. This time around I'm already researching how to handle the outbreaks and form a playback on what to do.
I think part of the problem before was, when the dinos popped up, I just did toooo much at once to try and solve it, upsetting equilibrium into the ground lol. I'm looking forward to having a support network this time around for sure too! So thanks 😊

Hi everyone!

My wife and I had a 90 gallon reef that went well for a year and a half before it crashed from dinos. We're excited to get back in the swing and hopefully do a better job this time around. Thanks!
Welcome to R2R!

Sounds great! Just remember that during the first few months (the ugly phase) all those pests are pretty normal and trying to get rid of them does very often more harm than good. I'm sure you will see some dinos in the early stages of your tank.
