This is a fungus that has split off. The values are good. 100 liter aquarium. Salinity 33 PPT. Only the nitrate is very high, around 64.

No, it looks like the internal mesentery structures. The mushroom could be splitting, damaged or stressed. Consider performing water changes to lower the nitrate values.
 
How can it be that the piece is on the rock in this condition and there is another piece on the plug that looks very good?
