Ribbon worm?

Is this a ribbon worm? I removed it from the tank, but wanted to make sure to keep an eye out for more.

Looks like a detritus worm and a sign that more siphoning needed of bottom and/or too much food being fed

This doesn’t look like detritus worms I’ve seen in the past? The head is different and it was a pretty bright orange/red with a white stripe down the middle.

Disadvantage I have is my phone screen
Your description with stripe suggests some type of Annelid worm or sikkon worm
Will have to look at my computer screen when I return as I’m flying back to Wi shortly after we eat
I ruled out ribbon which are generally segmented with repeated segments which this one seems to lack
