Ricordea florida Fragging

Hello everyone, so I have searched all over the internet to try and find out how to frag a Ricordea florida. Mine is growing quite well and has numerous mouths but it doesn't split. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Below is the Ricordea in question

Thank you wasn't sure if it was the same process. I've seen all the videos with other mushrooms and not much out there about Ricordeas.

I ended up leaving it because I just couldn't bring myself to slice it. It finally did a natural split last week
