I am sure there are hundreds if not thousands of people that have heard and been impacted by Rico. I just saw that his channel was banned on YouTube. I wanted to start this thread as support for him during this difficult time. If you have any kind words to say please share them below, maybe you have watched one of his videos, his stream and received advice that made you a better reefer? Maybe you were introduced to this amazing community through interacting with his channel? Maybe you saved your tank from a disaster because he took the time out of his day to help? For me it was all of the above. So from the bottom of my Heart thank you Rico, I only hope that YouTube realizes how much BS this bann is and gets you up and running ASAP so you can get back to what you do best. Reefers please share your kind words below!

Never heard of Rico's Reef. Why was he banned?

Dunno why he was banned but I find him really annoying. Can't put down the vape pen for 2 min and has to say HIT THAT THUMBS UP every 20 seconds. Also, gofundme account for his new tank build? What?

Yes, just saw that about the gofundme... I mean people can ask other people for whatever they like, but to me it's a little eyesore to see someone ask for money to fund a personal luxury hobby project while there are people sitting on the street with a nothing but a paper cup in their hands asking for scraps just to survive... I have been forced to put my reefing project on hold myself due to having to prioritize other expenses (kids, home, visiting my gf, etc) and I will never ask people I don't know to give me their money so that I can have a fish tank. Give it to Sea Shepherd, Amnesty, buy a homeless guy a burger or a hair cut or something instead. I'll get my reef tank one day, I'll survive without it.
