Rinsing off Insta-set, Unnecessary?

I just finished constructing an aquascape with CaribSea life rock and held it with CA glue + BSI Insta-set, and finished with 2 part epoxy. I notice that the Insta-set has a strong smell that lingers on the rock, and I’m wondering if I should rinse it off with either tap water or fresh RODI water and let it air dry. Does the scent/chemicals in the Insta-set mess with livestock and or the other bacteria in the tank or am I just overthinking it?

I would wash it off. Looking at an old thread: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/bob-smith-insta-set-accelerator.834245/ people seem to say it is safe. . . but I don't like the fact that it is "scented" and I see no harm from giving it a quick rinse with RODI water (or tap for that matter. . . though probably let it dry if you use tap) before putting it in the tank.
