I have checked my pump(s) impellers/heater and find no deposition of Ca. I suspect my pH probe is reading too high, that is tedious as it controls my dosing of Kalkwasser.

Is there anywhere in the Apex where you can add/subtract a correction to the pH probe?

I have recalibrated and rechecked the probe using the 7 and 10 standards, it looks fine. My pH at the moment is 8.6, thats without adding any Kalkwasser?

How old is the calibration liquid? I would suggest buying brand new and calibrating. The liquid goes bad fairly quickly, especially pH 10.

You sure the standards are OK? pH 10 standards can go bad from CO2 entering them, giving false high tank readings.

Also, be sure the calibration and measurements are properly accounting for the temperature. Some folks have found their controllers to have the temp correction turned off or set wrong.

Also, be sure the temp probe is in the calibration standards, or at least that they are at tank temp.
