Has anyone had this issue? I have an ATO setup on my RKL using a float switch and Aqua Lift pump. The problem I'm having is when my ATO turns on it will make my MH lights flicker on for a second. They use the same PC4, ATO pump is on Ch1 and MH is on channels 2 and 3. I can rearrange my setup but that would require some MyReef reprogramming and renaming channels, no a huge deal and I may try moving the ATO to my other PC4. Keeping all sump equipment and lighting on separate PC4s. I know DA is on now and the the ReefKeepers are old but I like it, it's simple, works for me and was affordable unlike a GHL or Apex.

What outlet do you have your metal halide on and what outlet do you have the ato on?

ATO was on ch1 and MHs on ch3 and ch4.
Last night I hooked up to My Reef and relocated my ATO to my other PC4 on ch4. Moved all display and fuge lighting to the same PC4 also. So how 1 PC4 runs the lights and the other runs sump equipment. Still would like to know why I had the light flickering issue, lighting was off when this happens.

If i remember correctly, channel one and four are the relayed outlets for higher power consumption. Do you notice only channel 3 mh doing the flickering?

Put a surge protector between the outlet and the ATO. This is a known issue with low power pumps.
