I started my saltwater tank about 3 weeks ago and started hitting 0 ammonia 0 nitrite and ph and nitrate seem good to for 5 days consistently i added 1 clown and a few snails about 4 days ago ,but im not sooo satisfied with my rock structure honestly and want to make a better structure using putty , but would me taking the rocks out and putting them together and possibly adding a new live rock mess with my fish, water , bio filter , or anything majorly ?

Welcome to r2r!

If its a really small tank it could affect things a little but clown fish are amazingly hardy. I definitely suggest some real live rock. Most of the things you glue rock together with can set underwater too if you want to just glue it in the tank.

I would suggest making the changes or adding more rock now before putting anymore live stock in. As long as the rock you have isn’t out of water for too long you should be fine. You dont want it to dry out.

Putty can be used under water too, so that helps.
