Rock vs. Mini-Carpet 'Nems

Am I to gather that Mini-Carpets (Stichodactyla tapetum) are much riskier to both the tank's fish/invert population as well as regards stinging the tank owner when compared to either BTAs or Rock anemones?

Also, it seems this 'nem is much more dependent on substrate than rock anemones or bubble tips?
 
Everyone has different reactions to a nems sting. So you could have a bad reaction or you won’t have one at all.
They are aggressive nems and will eat anything they can get a hold of. From what I noticed they stick to the rocks and not the sand
