Rodi canister leak

I just swapped out the filters on my value fixture and all three are leaking. Tried hand tightening originally, then tried tightening a little with the wrench. Threads seem clean as far as I can tell. Any suggestions? First time changing them.

Reseat the rubber gaskets inside each canister. Do not over tighten or you could damage the seals.
