hi guys, i just filled up a bucket up with rodi water. I tried to drain the water in the canisters but i couldnt manage to open it.. any way to open it? or do i keep the water in there

and can i leave it outside connected to the hose?

You mean water in the sediment and carbon canisters? If that is what you mean then yes its safe to leave in there, worth buying ball valves for the ends of the tubing so the filters dont dry out.

You can leave the unit outside, obviously if it gets too cold such as freezing or too hot that could cause issues but apart from that it should be fine.
