Being as old as it is, it could be outright faulty. Especially since it was stored outdoors.

All is well!!!! Apparently, I forgot to hold down the button for the 3 minute timer on the Hannah Phosphate checker. Sadly, the TDS meter is dead, guess I will just make an order, its better than $200 on a new RODI unit.
