hi all new to this forum so dont know if im posting in the right place and spelling not good ever. been in the hobby for two and half years now still going he,he. im thinking of doing my own ro and saltwater now the only worry is. i get really good ro/saltwater from my LFS. if i start to make my own is the tank going to go down hill and start having issues. where at the moment everthing is fine. is it worth making my own or just keep travlling a hour round trip. i do water changes ever week without fail so my tank looks good. my tank is 300l and thinking of getting a 850l aswell. so thats why i'm toying with the idea of making my own. thanks of your help in advance

Why would the tank go downhill from making your own saltwater? Most of us make our own saltwater. Making your own saltwater is the best thing you can do, after a couple of weeks you'll be like "why didn't I do this 2 years ago" lol

Thanks for replying. It’s when you hear people having problems with water from other LFS. Like No3,po4,silicate. Corals looking down in the dumps and when they look in to it. Most of the time not all the time it’s the water they have been using
