How old is the new tank and do you have measured the water (dKH, Nitrate, Phosphate, etc.)? Could be still acclimating to new environment.

Mine was closed up because the nitrate was close to 0 ppm.

How long have you had it? Bubbletips need to acclimate to the lighting and flow as well. It is not uncommon for them to hide for a time and to slowly move to a spot where the light and flow are to their liking.
Best advice would be to not touch it at all and allow it to move until it doesn’t. Good luck

Okay, so not very long. Again I would just leave it be.
In the meantime, check to be sure that your parameters are safe and consistent.
Additionally, I am hopeful that you are running an ATO system to insure a consistent/stable salinity reading.
Anemones in general are very sensitive to drastic water condition changes like salinity and temperature.

Please keep us updated and wishing you the best of luck 👍🏼
