I have some rotifers coming in at 1.017 sg and I'd like to acclimate the culture to match my tank 1.026, what's the best way to accomplish this?

I would say a drip line + airstone/sponge filter would work if you need to do it ASAP.
If you have some time you can just replace the water with 1.026 salinity water after you harvest each time.

You really only need to bring the culture up to 1.021 as the rotifers can easily handle a .005 difference in stride.
I keep my cultures at 1.019 and add them directly to my fry tank at 1.025 and they survive just fine

My plan was to use water change water for the rotifers to make things easier. I'm in no rush, I guess I'll just start them where they are at and raise it over time during harvests. Thanks for the input!
