Rowaphos made my water very cloudy....help

Hi all
Yesterday I bought a reactor with some rowaphos. I have used rowaphos before but only in a media bag within the sump. Last time I was told to rinse the media before hand.

This time my local fish shop told me not to as it's in a reactor.

Well, obviously my whole display tank is now a very dark brown cloudy mess. We can't eemven see the rock. I've just got 15% this morning but doesn't seem to have scratched the surface.

Any help or suggestions or tips on how to get my tank back?

Sorry your lfs gave you bad advice. I always rinse rowaphose and and other gfo before using regardless of how it being used. I just rinsed a batch so I can only imagine what your tank looks like.

Thanks for all the advice. 2 sheets o. Filter floss later. Rinsing them 3 times a day we can see fish
