Hello

I came home today to notice my Royal Grammas left fin is split. I've added a six line wrasse a couple of weeks ago but they all seem to get along. It was territorial the first night but chill since then. I also have two Clowns, 1 pajama cardinal and a yasha goby (I only see about every 3-4 days). Could this be ICH? Will it heal? I added a RBTA last week too. I have a UV light running and attached to return pump.

I have a 32g mixed reef biocube. Parameters are all good. Please advise...

The fish seems a bit ragged but I don’t think disease but I don’t know much about that. #fis#fishmedicsut you have a lot a fish in that size tank.

Aggression damage sounds pretty likely. The white spots look to me like damaged fin rays.
A six line will be competing with a gramma for space in a tank that size, and the six line is far more aggressive and has better weaponry.
The clowns could also be a culprit.

They both like to go in the same cave. Any advice on how to handle? New reefer here. TIA.

Really the only two options are to hope they figure things out or to separate. A 32 gallon really only leaves room for one of them, so separation will probably be what you have to do.
You can try isolating the wrasse in a breeder box for a few days and reorganize/add more territory but there’s no guarantees.

That's unfortunate. I feel their is more than enough room with caves and crevices but i knew the wrasse can be a pill. Let's say theu work things out....will the grammas fin heal? Thanks again. Appreciate your response.
