RSR Reefwave 25 issues

Has anyone else had issues with their RSR Reef Wave 25's? I have had various issues some of which have been a pain in the xxx. RSR appears to be providing support at this time but nothing has been resolved. Connectivity is also a pain. They also lock into configurations that I personally never created and the can't delete or back out of. Any configuration must be named and the system doesn't permit me to create a name. It simply doesn't accept any name I create.
