RTN/STN on acropora?

First time experiencing what I think is rtn or stn. Can anyone comment and what if anything can be done for this coral.

It looks like it, I would cut the healthy top of the coral off before it gets infected. It gives the coral a chance to live, not always, but sometimes it does work. Good luck
