I have a 40 gallon breeder’ish sized tank that is SPS dominated with a few LPS. I have trained The ruby red to eat out of a turkey baster, that way he always gets food, otherwise, the faster fish would eat it all.

Speaking from experience, I have a six line and two dragonets and they've never fought or touched each other. I think the nice thing about dragonets is they have virtually no predators. No one bothers them. I think green mandarins are sometimes referred to "gobys" and scooter fish are referred to as "blennies" but they're both dragonets, and no one bothers them, not even a six line.

I actually have a video of adding a green mandarin and ruby red to my tank with the lights on and you'll see no one bothers them.
