I've never used GFO until this last week. I was struggling to get PO4 under 0.15. After testing this morning I'm reading 0 on a hanna checker. I'd like to be around .04 or less. If I slow the flow into the reactor will it allow for a slight uptick in PO4?

if you slow the flow through the reactor you will most likely just get more contact time to clean the water. You are right that you will be going through less volume, but you are zero and slower flow will help you stay there longer. Can you post...
1. How big is aquarium?
2. What type of reactor do you have
3. What type of GFO do you have
4. How much of GFO did you add to reactor. If in multiple times state date and amount.

What is the corrective action? Turn the reactor off? Reduce the gfo in the reactor? Or is it to late and just keep it as is?
