Rust and Stuff

Whats the best way to prevent rust on things like bone cutters. I rinse them off with fresh, I still get a little bit though.

the best thing to remove rust is food grade silicon spray but thats just to remove rust. The only way I know how to prevent it is to wash it with fresh and dry it really really good.

I wash mine off really good with fresh water and apply just a bit of veg. oil in the joint.

Thanks guys I'll give that a shot! Oil seems to be the key then, or silicon after the fact.

i use silicon and number of different things but mainly on my scuba gear and it was fantastic

Yeah, just don't use 5w-30 oil;) I try to use natural oil like canola or veg.
