S-Port Question

Hi all,

i recently got a profilux, and bought also 2 level sensort with it.

My aim is, to have an ato + awc setup, but i am struggling to find small enough pumps which fit in my water container and can lift roughly 1.2m.

Currenlty i am running an autoaqua awc, which has 12v dc pumps, perfectly suited for the job:

My question is, if it would be possible to mod the pump to an RJ12 connector and use it from the S-Port of the profilux?

If yes, how should the wiring look like? If possible i would like to avoid using an additional breakout box, and crimp the pump with an RJ12 end.

Did you see this one? This would be more reliable and only the tube goes in the container.

pin 6 : GND

But 4.5W / 12V = 0.375A = 375mA which is > to 100mA
You can't power this pump directly with a L-PORT

Unfortunately this pump is not available in Europe, or at least I didnt find any for sale, but thanks. I will look for something similar.

Thank you, this is exactly what I was looking for! So in theory you can power 12v pumps from the S-port, as long as they are not over 100mA, right?
