Been a while. Had something unexpected and very exciting come my way.

In the meantime I had lost my orange passion colony and angry birds. Not too sure what had happened but I'm incredibly grateful for the friends I've made In this hobby. Took just about a week to get large replacements of both. It's been a while, moved out for 3 months tanks been better then ever. Been hands free for quite some time, still cutting xenia and monti cap out every other month haha. But enjoy!

Ati t5s and reefbrites on both of my tanks. I have gen 4s and 5s sitting in my closet for a day I can get the guts to use them.
I have been looking to change my AI setup and possible move over to T5. I was considering G5's but my other thank has an ATI 8bulb and I actually like the look and the growth on my acros than my AI tank. What are your thoughts. Some of the best acros tanks are T5 or hailde combo.

I honestly think g5s are the best lighting out there. Atleast supplemented with strips or maybe 2 to 4 t5 bulbs depending on the size of the display. I would without a doubt take the g5 with sometime of hybrid over anything

Do you feed your acros anything? Sorry if mentioned before.
No actually I don't. I never had really got the opportunity to sit there for a few weeks monitoring if the feeding improved the health of the coral or not. I'm sure it does. If you look at almost all of the corals, their anatomy reveals something like 80+ percent of the body/polyp revolves around catching and eating prey so. It definitely has something to do with atleast something positive LOL
