Saddle Valentini Puffer

Would a Saddle Valentini Puffer be compatible with a cherub angel fish.

From my experience, the Saddle Valentini Puffer is not likely to pick on anything. The Cherub Angel, on the other hand, might become a terror (eventually, and without warning) in too small a tank. What size tank do you have?
