Anyone know which Sailfin Tang this is? Zebrasoma desjardinii or veliferum? Had her 18 months since a 2 inch baby, now she's over 9 inches. But i can't make my mind up? She don't have the usual dark bands of the veliferum but missing stomach spots of Desjardinii and is lighter in colour than both? Totally confused!

As dark as she gets...

As a baby, in quarantine.

100% Desjardinii. Many different color variations especially if it transitioned into the adult colors in your tank.
Thank you!

I had people tell me all sorts, but then read the two species can be so difficult to tell apart some consider them all the same species. This ones got the spots on the tail so I always leaned to Desjardinii.

Thank you!
