Hi guys, quick question iv read instructions on the test kit but struggling to understand which reading to use. There is medium and low range, if I put my glass on the colour card my reading is lowish but if I hold it to the side it's the darkest pink colour ? Iv been reading the side view and take that as meaning my nitrates are sky high yet iv been doing the regular water changes and dosing nopox and it's staying the same, anybody that uses the salifert kit can you help clear this up?
Cheers.

It's my understanding that if you use the low range (by looking at the side) it multiplies the reading by ten fold. Therefore, you have to divide your reading by 10 to get your measurement. So if it's 20 looking through the side, the reading is actually 2.0.

Hopefully that helps.
