My mixed reef tank 3 years old currently sitting at 1.024 dropped from
1.025. Its probably a combination of the ato running when the powrr comes back, and the tank stabilizing in water, and if theres a snail covering yhe overflow. I do awc. With higher salinity. Do i have to fix it manually or let it fix itself overtime and is 1.024 bad?

I believe 1.024 is perfectly fine even long-term. The key problem is quick swings and particular upwards as fish apparently struggle with that. So I'd say definitely "do nothing" is the best play here, and let your AWC do its job of slowly rebalancing.

If you wanted to raise it back to where it was, I would add salt to your ATO/AWC, which will slowly raise your tank's salinity over time ( I did this before when my salinity dropped in my tank)
