Sally light foot crab questions

How old is it? Won't it turn into a carnivore? It's missing 2 legs on the right side happened the first day I put him in.

It'll grow the legs back, otherwise I don't have much insight, cool crab :)

Had one in the tanks for years. I really like him. Then I had fish start disappearing and he got caught with a body. Not sure he was the killer, but he went back to the ocean.

I use to have one, got it small but then it got to big after over 1 . My clown fish use to pick on it a lot but as it got bigger it started to fight back. One day I had a wrasse that die and the Sally crab was eating it. So because it had a taste for fish already and was fighting back with my other fish. I got rid of it at my local pet shop and got good credit on it and got a new wrasse. lol

It will become carnivore..I feed mine turkey... I have 2 a male and female..males have slight bigger claws..and female will have a "V"under her.. I'm not sure the age but they're incredible cleaners and dance up the glass at night.. they're names are Harry and Sally.. good luck. They eat fish flakes too

I've had mine for about a year or so now and have had no real issues other thank frag relocation. Every time I place a frag it would pop it off and move it to where it liked it. I run a 80% leather/ Mushroom tank with some Meteor Showers, Chalice and Montipora. The bugger got it's own tank only because of it's need to move my corals. I think there a great tank mate and cool to watch.

I had a Sally Lightfoot for a while, and never saw it causing any problem. :)
