Salt water reservoir code, apex

I had to reset my apex and lost all the code. I have to reprogram everything and wanted to run my salt water reservoir solenoid and accessories.

I have automatic water Change DOS which pulls from the salt water reservoir. There is a low reservoir float valve (saltlo) at the bottom and an optical switch at the top (OPSH) of the salt water reshoot. There are two leak sensors around the salt water reservoir (and RO reservoir).

Things I would like to happen:
1.my salt water solenoid (ROsaltOn) to turn on when saltlo is open
2. Stop filling when optical switch at top of resevoir is closed
3. Not fill water until the low reservoir float is open again
4. **Not do any water changes until I manually reset it after I have mixed the salt water (I don’t want to do water changes with hyposaline water) - where do I put this part of the program?
5. Not fill if a leak is detected
6. Not trigger a refill unless the losalt has been trigger for 10 straight seconds
7. I want it to send me alarm that I need to mix new salt water until I reset it (has to be programmed into the email alarm function but not sure how to get the timing)

Also, don’t worry, my RO in spout is backed up with a float valve

This is what I have so far, but i don’t think it’s quite right:

If SaltLo OPEN Then ON
If OPSH CLOSED Then OFF
If RoLkFl CLOSED Then OFF
If SaLkFl CLOSED Then OFF
Defer 000:10 Then ON
