Graysby grouper / Cephalopholis cruentatus

Scientific name - Cephalopholis cruentatus

Common name - Graysby

Size - 13.8" (35 cm)

Min. Aquarium size - 100 US Gal. (379 L)

Foods and feeding - Marine fare for carnivores, marine fish, crustacean flesh, feed 2-4 times a week.

Reef compatibility - Dines on ornamental crustaceans and fish tank mates.

Captive care - Acclimates well to captivity, will greedily accept chopped fresh or frozen seafood's, other frozen preparations, freeze dried krill, keep only one per aquarium (prone to fight with each other), will eat any fish it can swallow whole including cleanerWrasse, will defend its preferred hiding places, will place an elevated stress on filtration systems.

Just caught one of these at work today and put him in my tank. Probably not a good idea but I'm going to try it out.....sure I will regret it
