In general, most feedback is negative but I wanted to offer up some positive feedback for SaltwaterAquarium.com. I ordered a FijiCube tank during their Presidents day sale that the listing description stated included the the tank, stand, sump, and plumbing. During the process, FijiCube reached out directly to confirm some details before shipping but they stated the order only included the tank and stand. I reached out to SA and they confirmed that the item listing should only include the tank and stand and that the listing description was incorrect. Obviously, I was a little disappointed because the reason i purchased the package I did was that it was such a good deal (per the original listing description). SA said they were going to look into it. This was on a Friday. The following monday (today) I reached back out and by the time I got ahold of them, they acknowledged that it was a mistake on their end and had already reached out to FijiCube directly to add the full package on their dime. This was literally my first purchase through SA so I don't know if this is common or not but my experience working with them was great. Liz was very helpful and kind and I have no complaints whatsoever. They will definitely be where I go first for supplies from now on. My intent with this is to hopefully do right by them as they have done for me. There are oversights and errors all the time and instead of making excuses they handled it the best way possible. A+ experience in my opinion.
