Appreciate it. I've had several tanks in the past where it was difficult to do maintenance, clean equipment, swap out stuff etc. Though I don't think you can eliminate all undesirables in a logistics layout I'm trying my best this round to make things as easy and clean as possible while still incorporating everything I want on this system.

Well... the long awaited date has arrived. Early November turned into early December but it's finally here!

New Synergy Reef Shadow Overflow...

Packaging was mhee... corners were not protected, just tossed in with some peanuts that were all amassed in one corner. My unit arrived seemingly without issue but it would not surprise me if some of these arrived damaged if they are all shipped like this.

Here it is.

It looks pretty slick on. I'll plumb it all in over the weekend. Nice to no longer have anything holding me back in moving this tank along.

Happy to hear that you got the overflow. These will be retail packaged in the next couple of weeks, but these first ones we wanted to get delivered. I think if we would have held up your build another 2 weeks because of a box, you would have been more upset. Fedex this time of year is pretty brutal on packages. That being said someone would have to run it over to damage these. They are pretty tough. I must say that it looks pretty nice on that tank though ;-)

Yes, very happy to have it. And I agree it seems to be very solidly built. Looks great on the tank. Looking forward to seeing it in action. Thanks!
