SB Reeflights Sbar Actinic Power

Hello All,

Just received and installed a new 36" Actinic sbar to my existing 8x39W ATI Sunpower. It fits perfect. The power used as measured by Apex is only 37W. This is with the potentiometer at max intensity. Is this correct? Per website it is rated at 81W.
