Mine sit in about 190. Only dosing I do is 50mL of All-for-Reef and Kalk for alk/ca. I feed the tank 3 times per day with an Avast Plank that has Benepets mixed in and I feed the BRS coral food mix once or twice per week broadcast style.

I substituted Benepets for the Reef Roids in the mix.

How often should I be testing nitrate and phosphate?

Nitrate changes slow for me but p04 gets eaten quick with sticks. I test p04 every few days....n03 weeklyish

I have tried target feeding with Benepets last night and this morning.

Broadcast with the BRS mix on Tuesday night.

I'm in the opposite camp, nitrates get sucked up quickly, in a week I can go from 20ppm to 5ppm. I dose every other day DIY solution.

Phosphates slowly climb but typically around .2
