Well, this week has been a bad one for sure. Found out my Jeep needs to have the engine replaced. So, the money I had planned to spend on the 120-gallon next year will be going towards that. Plus, two of the corals I just got in are going downhill quick.

Other than that, Merry Christmas Eve Eve everyone.

Here is a zoomed in photo of one of my acros. I was looking at this shot and you can see the "mouth" of the individual polyps as a dot in the center. I don't think I've ever seen this on acros.

For the few who may care, think Viparspectra’s are my favorite light. Even over the quanta’s, the pop and color I just still enjoy more. Don’t know why but everything looks better and colors better imo

@SBB Corals hi Shane, for your upcoming live sale, if I was interested in a larger coral or a colony, how can I identify those against the regular frags? I have two areas in my scape that I’d like to put something fluffy in. Still learning how your sales work.

He always says if acros are colonies, you‘ll get some indication about that like chunk etc. will also say large, xl etc.

Cleaned tank today... things are looking good in general despite a few recent loses including my grape juice . Couple pieces have some STN going on and did a KFC dip on a hammer today that was looking in bad shape... Now i just need to try and get polyp extension back... colors are a bit off in photos... too blue...
