I've heard you have to recut them, has to be fresh cuts for them to encrust each other, but I'd actually do that haha

Agreed...dont remember if it was a freebie or perhaps a replacement for the bada bang but either way between gcs and quality of corals I'm not complaining cuz it all works out in the wash for sure!

That’s how mine is supposed to look. Pinkish.
Here is the SBB picture of mine. However, it’s bland in my tank. I think because of too much PAR from my ReefBrite XHO blasting the tank from the front angled head on, so I just bought a XHO dimmer for it which arrives this week.

My BC double rainbow (which is up top close to the XHO) is actually a little paler on just the front side of frag, which also tells me too much PAR from the XHO.

I would say it's around 400 par or so. Need to get another par reading after I added a 3rd viparspectra
