I wanted to take a second to give some props to @SBB Corals . I won some items on one of their January auctions. When the items were shipped, they got stuck in transit due to weather and all corals were DOA. Shane and his team were amazing when it came to communication, accommodation, and all around making up for the shortcomings of UPS. Even though it was not their fault that the corals were DOA, they went out of their way to take care of me.
I wanted to post this because in today’s world where so many business's customer service is lacking and would look at you and barely even give you an “I’m sorry, but tough $&@#, not our fault” in a situation like this, Shane and Sbb Corals actually does care. It’s incredibly refreshing.
Not to mention that the corals I’ve gotten from them in the past are amazing and healthy on arrival, and gave me a couple of amazing freebies (can be seen in my build thread). I highly recommend buying corals from this company.
