Intrigued to see the POTO afterburner under some whites whenever you get some time…
It looks pretty promising!
Thanks! I was skeptical on that one for a bit, in terms of color. It's always been a great grower, but obviously I'm shooting for colors similar to POTO's "famous" pic :P

That said, mine is in relatively low PAR as are all my corals. I'm thinking of ramping it up.... Nearly everything is being run at 30-40%! I'm just paranoid cause I've fried things in the past.

Be happy to oblige on a white light photo :)

You tried putting afterburner in higher par yet? I’ve seen it in 3 different tanks now around 300-500, curious about closer to like 1000 rlly cooking.

@Pieces of the Ocean Is your afterburner still holding the colors from that original picture? Do you know the par it was/is at?

I have not. My PAR is pretty low actually, I'm at I think 250 ish where the afterburner is.

That said it's growing very well. Mine is starting to base/plate out pretty nicely. Already made a few frags too.

Same its a good grower, I wanna figure out how to pull those light yellows/blues though (if they are real)

When I joined the hobby I saw another guy take a picture like this, and I always wanted to do it! Here's my bill Murray on 5/19/2023 when I first got it. And here it is today, 2/21/2026. Excuse the shirtlessness!
