Just got a beautiful blood fire shrimp but he never comes out of his cave. Any thoughts on how to get him out and about?

Shrimp are normally cave dwellers.
They will explore if there are no agressive tank mates but normally they perch just like this in cave entrances.

Thanks for the reply. It’s only been a few days so perhaps he’ll get more comfortable as time goes on.
