Scars or parasite?

I have a large chocolate tang and he has these black scar looking things on his face and above his lateral line.. before I got him I know he had ich and my store treated him with copper, he also had flukes and was also treated. So are they scars maybe? He eats a lot and is active

the only problem is my camera will not pick up the spots, he’s very difficult to take pics of. Honestly they difficult to see in person too.

Yeah pic is hard to see anything wrong. Just keep an eye on him, more than likely it's nothing, just markings or scars if you don't see it spread or change.
