Scoly developed black spots

Hi guys, ive had this scoly about a week. Its stayed fluffy and eats but started developing black spots on top. It had a couple tears on the outside of the flesh when i got it. Any feedback is appreciated.
Phosphate- .2
Nitrate- 5.0 ppm
Wondering if those are too high for it.

too high? No - nitrates are kinda low

Low light 50-75 par, low flow and IMO feed a couple times a week with something like lps pellets or frozen mysis at night when feeder tentacles are out.

White lights on and close up... can't tell anything from your photos unfortunately. My concern is the skeleton ribs are exposed on top and are now growing algae.

just coloration change. doesn't look to be tissue death or loss, so should be fine.
