I am amazed how big this girl has gotten, about a silver dollar when I got it and now easily as big around as a new roll of toilet paper (totally tried to find something better). I feed LRS only once a week when the fish are asleep.
Still one of my favorite corals even a “plain old bleeding apple” is gorgeous. Such a special animal. Show me up with the fattest biggest Scoly you have had

Well it depends on if the budget allows and the deal you can get. This is one of my most expensive corals and I got it on a crazy sale and it was small. I knew I would pay a premium for a named Scoly and that was the color I wanted. I paid 160.00 ish I think when Aqua SD was having a 30% off sale and for me was totally worth it. The 1k plus 5 color ones? Not worth it for me and you can get them for as cheep as 50-80 bucks for a 1 color red or orange. Honestly you can’t have a decent LPS or mixed reef tank without one I feel.
