Have a 90 fowlr w 12 two inchers swimming. Brown and green algae just never stops. Pretty much the only drawback, besides the cost of fish, that I can't stand.

Change 25-30 gal once a month along w the weekly 5gal of evaporation refills. Everyday there's some brown on the glass. Ditched the UV sterilizer after it electrocuted me a few times. Prob def over feed a little. Try to keep my triggers fed and unagressive. Theyre pretty docile for now, lol.

Just bought another wave maker off amazon for $18. Now have 4 heads. I have one in lower left pointing straight, one upper left pointing up rippling surface and two on right side aiming down at live rock. T5 4 bulb setup too
