se 250w radium the only way to go they have the best color there blue but not to blue they are honeslty more like 14k to me and i like that

SE all the way. You don't need an ultraviolet shield, so you don't have to clean it. I am sold on Radiums, and there are too many compatability with different DE bulbs, and fixtures not fitting well together. I have a friend that switched from double ended to SE after breaking a new DE bulb a couple of times trying to get them to fit into his fixture.

I HAVE 250 watt DE Phoenix bulbs in a lumen bright......the reflectors lumenbright/lumen max allow you to add a 2nd bulb with just a few rivets.....have a 150de added in my lumen bright so i can have just a couple of hours of 400 watt par works great......people do not realize how bad the par gets on reflectors without glass the salt spray really is hard on them......pheonix bulbs have been tested for as long as 2 years they are cheap and reliable

I use the DE because I love the Phoenix bulb sooo much. Just P/U a Lumin Max Elite reflector so I believe I will be even more happy :)
